Dr. Luke F. Bremner is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon based in Encinitas, California.

He practices at the CORE Orthopaedic Medical Center and is also affiliated with Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. He has over 20 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery, treating a variety of joint, trauma, and sports-related conditions.

   • He later returned to Camp Pendleton as a staff orthopaedic surgeon.
   • In 2012–2013, he was the Department Head of Orthopaedic Surgery at the NATO Role 3 hospital in Kandahar, Afghanistan.
2. Civilian Practice
   • In October 2015, Dr. Bremner moved to civilian life and joined CORE Orthopaedic Medical Center as a managing partner.
   • At CORE, he treats a wide range of orthopaedic issues — doing routine surgeries, complex reconstructions, trauma cases, and joint replacements.
